Equipment-based One-2-One sessions will be beneficial to anyone, but at this time of year it is worth emphasising that this intensive exercise can be particularly useful to anyone who will be resuming a more active sporting life once Spring returns again. Whether you are a golfer, swimmer, tennis player, cricketer or even gearing up for a marathon, book a One-2-One session by emailing Marcia. Each 1 hour lesson costs £60.
Many of the leading sportsmen, including the All Blacks rugby team, top cricketers and, of course, many of the
Olympic athletes incorporate Pilates into their exercise regimes and report a multitude of benefits including improved stamina as well as core strength.

If you are currently taking a Beginners' Class, then please note that the booking terms for the Improvers' Classes offer greater flexibility so that you can fit them around your schedule. You only need to book a minimum of four out of every six weeks, allowing for holiday and work commitments, and we will always try to accommodate catch-up sessions where possible. There is a high demand for most classes, so please remember to submit your booking form for each course well in advance to be sure of your place, particularly if you would like to book a different one.
The 8.45pm Improvers' Classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays are not currently running, however they will be re-introduced if there is sufficient demand. If you would be interested in these, please email Graham.
Ballet Fit
Vicky’s Ballet Fit Classes are proving very popular, and there is now a class on Saturdays at 2.15pm in addition to Mondays at 1.30pm. Unleash your inner ballerina and book your classes now.
The six week course costs £60 and each class lasts for 45 minutes. New courses start on Saturday, March 17th and Monday, April 2nd.
