Classes

  • You may like to note that there is now an Improvers or Intermediate Pilates mat class every morning of the week, Monday to Saturday. Please check our website for details.
  • As from 6th April we are trialling, on Tuesdays only, 10 week courses (instead of 6) which we hope will prove to be more convenient to clients. Please let us have your feedback.

New Prices

A new price structure will be applied to all courses starting after 1st April as follows:

Holidays

The Studio will be closed on Good Friday (2nd April) and Easter Monday (5th April) but will remain open as usual on Saturday 3rd April.

 

Pilates Work-Outs

  • Pre-Ski Workout
    If you would like to join a pre-ski workout please contact Marcia on 077 8900 3284 for further details.
  • Weekly Home Workout
    In the January's Newsletter we mentioned that we would be setting out Marcia's recommendations to help you supplement your weekly Pilates class here at The Studio with at least 2 quarter of an hour sessions at home. Please be careful and only work within your own ability. As you would expect, we cannot take responsibility for misadventure resulting from the practice of any of these exercises and if you have concerns about your health or fitness please consult a medical professional.
    Generally, Marcia suggests that any Beginner should try to practise the same exercises that they have covered on that week of the course.
    If, because of a health or fitness condition, anyone has been advised by their teacher to avoid certain exercises please don't try practising them on your own at home.

Here are two sets so that you can vary them during the week:
