Pilates One-2-Ones...
If you really want to enjoy the full benefits of Pilates, try some One-2-One sessions. These are conducted using mats and the latest and the most modern Pilates equipment such as the Cadillac (pictured left), Wundachair and Reformer (pictured below).
Your personal needs and goals can then be addressed by a tailor made package, designed to produce the maximum results. All of our teachers are professionally qualified with the Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA), Europe's premier Pilates organisation. All BCPA teachers work to a Code of Practice that governs standards and professional ethics. All teachers hold valid insurance and CPR certification and are automatically recognised as meeting the national standard (Level 3 Pilates Teacher).
Marcia heads our team of highly qualified and professional Pilates teachers. She not only holds BCPA Matwork Master Teacher Certification but also Reformer and Cadillac Equipment Certification. In addition she is appointed by BCPA as a Supervising Teacher of Student Teachers.

- Sports fitness
- Single sessions to complement a Beginners Matwork Course
The cost for any of our teachers is £60 per hour. The price is valid until further notice and includes VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices without notice.
Please note that all sessions are strictly by appointment only. A fee equal to one-half of the cost of the session will be levied when cancelled with less than 24-hours notice.
