Ballet Fit at The Studio
Ballet Fit classes with Vicky will focus on basic ballet moves to help improve posture, fitness, flexibility and core stability.
They will incorporate barre, centre and allegro work and will be fun and friendly but remain focused. Classes will be 45 minutes long and you are advised to check the main Course Programme for details of 6 week courses currently scheduled . Wear something comfortable such as leggings and a vest, with bare feet or non slip socks. Complete the Application Form or register your interest by emailing:-
