When you have selected your Pilates course, download, print and complete the appropriate Application Form and Assessment Form (*see below) and send them to the Administration Office address shown at the bottom of the forms, together with your cheque. *The Assessment Form is for new clients only and is important to enable us to try and ensure that the exercises are suitable for your age, experience, and physical condition.

 

Your cheque will be returned immediately, in full, if a place is not available, but once a place has been allocated we regret that no refunds can be made unless seven clear days notice is given.

 

• If you are unable to attend a particular session we are happy to accommodate you in another available class, wherever possible.(Please note that this may be difficult at 'Beginners' level)
• Remember - there are no membership fees and we supply all equipment and mats
• Important - Please assume that your application has been accepted unless you hear from us immediately. If you are unsure and would like to confirm your booking, please telephone 020 8504 0504.
